What do Wim Wenders, David Lynch and Peter Greenaway have in common? In 1995 they – among 38 others – had the chance to shot with an original Cinématographe camera invented by the Lumière brothers (IMDB).  Luckily those short movies are now accessible at U B U W E B. Staring Damiel and Cassiel. It is great to see how technology is influencing the result and how much the knowledge about the circumstances is influencing the reception.
